Were I to insist
you push back your chair
and move your body
vigorously for
three minutes/

three times per day!

adamant that
such wanton behavior
would plunge your
protoplasm into paroxysm  
rattle your channel
& open the secret passage/  
Would you leap at the 

To exercise?
Your choice! Set a timer and
wriggle writhe revel & stomp
your inner bacchante
around the desk
up the wall
and beyond all reason/
head back

sit down : sigh and
: release the 


any day you 
want nothing more 
than to stay inside and
work on your

hanging everything else
(whatever in the world?!)
