Passion Play

Passion Play

When you followed your
burning desire
at the rate of ripped bodice
shorn branches hurled
caution so sure of
your calling

The antithesis of ordinary!
worries and concerns
fell by the wayside
your propulsion consumed
\ delectably proved
the Ultimate Truth!

forcing you gladly
to suffer your fool fed
soul food enough to
survive

the inevitable?
Standing to reason

regarding the fact that
insatiable devotion
over time is
predictably eroded
by erratic overwhelm.

The tincture?
musters steady companion to
all that ardor and
commits!
repetitious perseverance

{lock the door
{we’ll leave you two alone

playing the feel
of a Life well-spent.
